The BDC Group conducts extensive internal market feasibility and site selection research using proprietary methods. Comprehensive studies are conducted for high-level screened sites to determine market fundamentals and development potential. This involves on-site examination, competitor analysis, and demographic profiling. Very few sites pass our screening process and are presented to the Site Selection Committee comprising department leaders, executives, and advisory board members.
